PaxiHub is a decentralized, non‑custodial application developed solely for interaction with the Paxi blockchain network. This application is intended strictly for educational and experimental purposes related to blockchain technology. PaxiHub does not support or facilitate any fiat currency transactions, nor does it provide any financial, investment, or legal advice.
Functionality
The functionalities of PaxiHub include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Paxi wallets
- Sending and receiving Paxi tokens
- Participating in community governance voting
- Monitoring real‑time network status
- Accessing other features of the Paxi ecosystem
By using PaxiHub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Custody or Data Collection
PaxiHub is a non‑custodial application. The development team does not collect, store, or have access to any user private keys, seed phrases, passwords, personal identification data, or transaction histories. Users are solely responsible for managing and securing their own wallet credentials and digital assets.
2. No Warranty or Guarantee
PaxiHub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. The development team makes no representation that the application will operate without interruption, be error‑free, or remain available indefinitely.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Paxi development team, its affiliates, contributors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of access, or reputational damage, arising from or related to the use or inability to use PaxiHub.
4. Legal Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their use of PaxiHub complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction, including those concerning digital assets, blockchain networks, and data security. The development team makes no guarantee as to the legality or regulatory status of PaxiHub in any jurisdiction and disclaims any liability arising from misuse.
5. Third‑Party Services
PaxiHub may interact with or depend on third‑party software, APIs, or external services. The development team makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or security of any such third‑party components and assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses caused by their use or failure.
6. Indemnification
By using PaxiHub, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Paxi development team, its affiliates, contributors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the application, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
7. No Obligation to Maintain or Update
The Paxi development team has no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support for PaxiHub. The application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
